Our room was very nice and comfortable, and the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, even though their English was limited. The location was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay.
The rooms were not very soundproof, and we could hear our neighbors clearly at times. we found that the hotel was quite far from the city center, which made it necessary to rely on taxis to get around.

I recently had a business trip to a hotel in Da Lat and I must say that my experience was quite enjoyable. Firstly, the room was very nice and clean, offering a homely and comfortable feel. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful stay for guests. Another great aspect was the helpful staff who were always available to provide assistance in any way they could.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the rooms were not soundproof, making it possible to hear conversations from neighbouring rooms, which can be quite distracting. Secondly, the hotel is located far away from the city center, which meant that I had to rely on taxis to move around, causing some inconvenience. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel was overall a good choice for my business stay.

This hotel provides a peaceful and clean environment, with charming staff who are always willing to assist, even when language barriers arise. It is situated in a quiet area, free from the hustle and bustle of city life, creating a serene haven. the rooms are well designed with exceptional cleanliness, and the bathrooms are very nice. Complimentary breakfast is served daily, and there are many facilities available to guests to make their stay more enjoyable.
Soundproofing is not the hotel's strongest point.

We had a great stay. The hotel offers clean and cozy rooms. The staff, despite not being fluent in English, were helpful in providing us with the information we needed. Additionally, the hotel was located in a calm and peaceful area, which was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of this city.
Nothing not to love!
